Current positions available

Bereavement support and Hospital Liaison

Our Bereavement Support Officer is often the first point of contact for families at Little Wings of Hope. This role provides compassionate emotional and practical support to families following baby loss, helping them feel heard, known, and cared for. The role supports families through milestone moments, peer-to-peer support, bereavement breaks, and ongoing connection with the charity, while working closely with NHS trusts and partner organisations to ensure families receive the right support at the right time.

Admin Assistant

Our Admin Assistant plays a key role in keeping Little Wings of Hope running smoothly behind the scenes. This role supports communications, events, fundraising, data, and systems, helping ensure families, supporters, and partners receive timely and organised information. Working closely with the wider team, the Admin Assistant helps us deliver our services effectively while upholding our commitment to care, sensitivity, and attention to detail.

Trustee Recruitment

We’re excited to announce that Little Wings of Hope is recruiting for two new Trustees to join our Board! We’re looking for passionate, proactive individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of those we support.

1. Trustee with Charity Experience

We’re seeking someone with a strong understanding of the charity sector who can provide strategic input and practical support to our growing organisation.

  • Commitment: Minimum of 5 hours per month (flexible)

  • Role: Supporting governance and offering guidance, with occasional hands-on involvement

Head of Operations and Fundraising

The Head of Operations & Fundraising provides leadership and oversight to ensure Little Wings of Hope runs effectively and sustainably. This role supports day-to-day operations, leads fundraising activity, and works closely with Trustees, staff, and partners to help us grow our services while ensuring every family we support feels known, cared for, and supported.

Little Wings of Hope is a registered baby loss  charity offering practical and emotional support to bereaved parents. We aim to support parents who have experienced baby loss, helping them improve their mental and physical health and overall well-being across Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, and Kent.
