• To be eligible for a return, the book must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• We cannot accept returns on digital downloads or gift cards.

3. Refund Process:

• Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

• In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
