If you or someone you know is coping with the heartbreak of baby loss, there are several face-to-face support groups across Suffolk, Norfolk, and Essex offering a safe, understanding space to grieve and connect with others.
From monthly gatherings at Ipswich Hospital and Norfolk Sands, to one-on-one counselling through TimeNorfolk and Petals Counselling, these local services provide compassionate support for anyone affected by stillbirth, neonatal loss, or miscarriage. You’re not alone — dedicated help is available in your area when you’re ready.
At Little Wings of Hope, we also offer peer-to-peer WhatsApp support, connecting bereaved families with others who truly understand. You’re not alone — support is here when you’re ready.
